Whether you own your own project or choose a third-party ownership option, CalCom can provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services over the life of your project. Every project includes first-year O&M services free of charge, including testing, warranty administration and comprehensive maintenance. Extended service options are available for owner-operated systems after the first year, including regular panel washing and equipment repairs if needed.

If you decide to choose a third-party ownership option such as leasing or PPA, CalCom assumes full responsibility for O&M of the system. You pay only the contracted leasing or energy rate—and only for the energy your system produces—never a penny more.
