Hester Orchards, located in Farmersville, CA, has a rich family tradition with deep roots in California orchard agriculture. The early history of the ranch was prune orchards, walnut orchards, cotton production and grazing beef cattle. Hester Orchards production rapidly evolved into stone fruit (plums, peaches, nectarines) and walnuts. Walnut harvesting and dehydrating became an integral part of their operation at that time and continues to be so today.
