Seth Hadley is CalCom’s Asset Performance Manager, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Asset Management Department which includes operations and maintenance, customer relations, and reporting. Seth serves as a technical resource between sales, engineering and the project management team- utilizing his extensive Project Engineering experience to lead the Asset Management team to deliver necessary assets to our clients for future generation. 

With more than 7 years of experience within the Utility and Solar industry, Seth has capitalized on successfully completing large scale multi-million-dollar grid related projects throughout the Bay Area. As a former Project Engineer, Seth leads a deadline driven team that focuses on client needs.
