Lindsay Dozoretz is responsible for guiding all pre-construction activities and overseeing the sales support team, whose responsibilities include proposal development, energy analytics and project assessment and due diligence activities. 

Lindsay holds a dual M.A. in Natural Resources and Sustainable Development, and International Affairs. Prior to joining CalCom Energy, Lindsay worked in international development, in the food security and sustainable agriculture sectors, with her work based primarily on the African continent. There she honed her proposal-writing skills, which she brings, along with a strong background in sustainability, to the CalCom team
