Fred Ketcho is Chief Executive Officer of CalCom Energy, completely responsible for all aspects of the business. He has over 30 years of experience with a focus in the building, technology and construction industries and a track record of consistently delivering improved results. He is known for excellence in team building, strategic thinking, effective execution, and fostering an intense focus on delivering a superior customer experience through a highly engaged workforce. Fred has built businesses from the ground-up and led successful turnarounds and growth of small, mid-cap, ESOP, and private equity-backed businesses. His career includes hands-on and leadership positions in both sales and operations, with a focus on energy efficiency and renewable building technologies. 

Fred’s most recent assignment prior to joining CalCom was the successful turn-around of a specialty construction company. His prior experience as a CEO includes successfully leading and growing a mid-cap company in the prefab, “green” modular building systems industry. He started his career at Hughes Aircraft Company and Honeywell Inc. Fred holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and an M.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
