Daniel Arreola, General Superintendent at CalCom Energy, has 22 years in the construction industry. His experience is varied as he’s worked in underground, shoring, heavy civil, commercial, residential, demolition, waste management civil work. His experience in the renewable market has directly involved photovoltaic ground mount installations, including tracker and fixed mounts.  

Daniel believes that making safety, quality, and production the base for any project is key for a successful job well done. Daniel is proficient in overseeing heavy equipment operation as he has a large range of experience with excavations, lifts, and various sized cranes. He has also conducted demolitions and large project installations with ABI AND RTG pile driving rigs. Daniel has experience as a foreman for various types of construction for dam repair, water erosion control, waste, cell installations, and solar ground mount mechanical installations for Chevron and the Laredo Detention facility in Kern County. Daniel prides himself in the commercial projects he’s executed in Bakersfield, CA and other locations around Southern and Northern California.
