VP of Sales
Damon Silva is VP of Sales, responsible for planning and implementing both short- and long-range sales programs, targeted toward existing and new markets. He supervises the company’s BDMs, channel partnerships, and inside sales functions.
Damon has over 15 years’ experience working with private and public companies developing and implementing finance strategies in the renewable energy field with a focus on agriculture projects in the Central Valley and Central Coast areas ranging from small commercial to utility scale projects. Damon began his career in business administration, and then transitioned to renewables as CEC programs began. His experience includes leadership roles in completing more than 100 project development transactions ranging from $250,000 to over $10 million. Damon has been integral part in developing projects for several public schools and nonprofit organizations. Damon exemplifies what CalCom Energy stands for, he grew up in the Central Valley and now is working to make it a better place by using renewable energy to make agriculture in the valley more sustainable.
